CrossFit workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements (like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running) executed at high intensity. The workouts themselves are completely scalable, which means that a new participant and a CrossFit veteran can complete the same workout with changes in load and intensity. The same routines have been used for elderly individuals with heart disease and members of elite military units just prior to deployment.

Then CrossFit is for YOU. Every workout is different so you will rarely do the same thing twice. By not doing the same circuits at the gym three days a week, you are less likely to lose interest or get bored. Because our workouts are rarely more than 45 minutes long they can fit into even the busiest schedules.
CrossFit workouts will deliver phenomenal fitness in and of themselves or as a complement to your sport-specific training regime. CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.
