We focus our attention on being extraordinarily effective at coaching our clients to move efficiently to realize their athletic potential and achieve their fitness goals as quickly as possible. People new to CrossFit who wish to join CrossFit PEI can either enrol in our Fundamentals Course, take Private Lessons or Test Out.
Fundamentals classes run 2 to 3 times per week and lasts for 3 to 4 weeks. It is offered once every 6 to 8 weeks. Please contact us if you wish to get placed on the interest email list. Only after completing the Fundamental Class can people participate in the WOD (Workout of the Day).
Are you ready to start doing CrossFit but can’t attend one of our Basics Workshops because of scheduling constraints? Private Lessons may be an option depending on the fitness level of the person – the pricing is the same as the Fundamentals course but the lessons occur over 3 sessions.
Your coach will tailor workouts specifically for your current fitness level and progress you at the proper pace for you. Please note, if you have pre-existing injuries or are deconditioned, additional private coaching sessions may be required before moving into our group classes.

If you feel confident and comfortable performing basic gymnastics movements (i.e. pull-ups, dips, handstands) power lifts and Olympic lifts (ie. clean and jerk, snatch, deadlift, squat), you can request to test out of the Fundamentals course and gain immediate access to our Group Coaching Sessions.
