The CrossFit PEI schedule allows our members to train 3, 4 or 5 days per week. Even folks who want to do 3 on 1 off can get their workouts in as we are currently offering classes 7 days per week.

Teens classes are on Saturday’s at 9:15 am and Monday’s at 5:15 pm . We also offer an Advanced Teens class for the Teens who have demonstrated proficiency in the movements and maturity overall. The schedule can be found at the above link under the CrossFit Teens tab.
We do allow drops-in for the Non-signup classes for visiting CrossFitters but you must do 2 things before arriving at the gym (cost can be found here:
1) Be a regular attending member at a CrossFit Gym where you are coached
2) Have your coach forward us a quick note about your A) capacity B) experience and C) limitations.
