The CrossFit PEI schedule allows our members to train up to 5 days per week following a regimen of 3 days on (Workout Days), 1 rest day, 2 days on, and then 1 day off and thus improve their fitness dramatically.

Teens classes are on Saturday’s at 9:15 am and Monday’s at 5:15 pm . We also offer an Advanced Teens class for the Teens who have demonstrated proficiency in the movements and maturity overall. The schedule can be found at the above link under the CrossFit Teens tab.
