Rope climb? no problem

Big congrats to Carol who trained hard, learnt new skills, built incredible strength and qualified to compete with the fittest ladies in the world last weekend. She certainly fit right in amungst these most awesome ladies. It was extra special to travel to the games to support a friend and to fly the Crossfit PEI flag. Thanks for that Carol:) You did us all proud.

So back at Crossfit PEI we had a big Tuesday morning crowd complete with lots of great energy. Welcome to Cindy and Perry who joined in their first regular WOD class after finishing up fundamentals! Little plank series with some supermans and hollow rocks to warm up and a review of the push press.

  1. Thanks Cheryl, It was absolutely wonderful having you, Heather and Dave at the Games and all the support coming from home. I learned a lot about myself and know what I need to work on over the year. The ladies, in my division, are amazing. I believe we all came home with good memories. Thanks everyone.
