For all of the girls who are feeling inspired, Jeff will be giving a muscle up clinic just for the girls on Sunday at 11:00 at CFPEI.
For everyone with Game fever, we will be watching the coverage at our place Saturday night. Kill / forage for whatever you wish to eat and drink … should be lots of fun – especially as they release the final events.

Decided to watch some of the games today and the first thing I see is Carol tearin it up. She was right in there with the best. Way to go Carol. Really excited for you. You should be very proud of yourself.
