The Intro group worked on Deadlifts while the Regulars worked on 5×3 Sumo Stance Deadlifts. After that they did the following WODs:
Intro Group – 3 rounds of:
10 Deadlifts
10 Push Ups
10 Ball SlamsRegulars – 10-8-6-4-2 of:
Pull Ups
Rings Push Ups
Ball Slams
After that we did Tabata Sit Ups with the Intro kids doing 4 rounds and the Regulars doing 8.
