Last sets of Cleans cannot let go of bar
On sets 1 and 2 can re-grip the bar on the floor but there can’t be more than 5 sec when the bar is not moving.
It was hard for folks to keep good form on sets 1 and 2, set 3 may have been fewer reps but generally looked the best, more like the hang cleans did in Part A.
