Folks scaled weight up and down accordingly. A few did the full version as done at Regionals with reps of 50/40/30 each rd and weights being 135/95, 85/65, and 65/45.
A big teens group did Air Squats and Pushups, then ring rows and power snatches and finally a team workout of Goblet squats, Burpees, Situps followed by a run.
