This morning we worked on the Overhead Squat after doing a good review of the Air Squat. We also had some practice time working on Kipping Pull Ups.
People then got to choose between a 5 rounds of 3 rep Overhead Squat strength workout or doing a little metcon called OH Fran which is 21-15-9 of:
The group split down the middle with half opting for each workout. People cranked out some great times on the met con and a couple of PRs were hit on the strength side of things.
BTW this workout, OH Fran, was done by the Teens class yesterday as well. They did an awesome job with a few of them using lighter weight.
